Nutritionist - Fitness Assistant

Complete Health and Wellness , an integrative medical practice in Missouri City, TX, is on the lookout for a passionate and driven full-time Nutritionist - Fitness Assistant to join our team! As we expand our holistic approach to patient care, we're looking for someone as committed to nutrition and fitness as they are to supporting our practice.

This position offers competitive pay of $20-$40 per hour or $40,000-$80,000 annually, depending on your experience and level of expertise. Two types of positions are available : an online coach and an in-person coach in the Houston area.

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A NUTRITIONIST - FITNESS ASSISTANT

As our Nutritionist - Fitness Assistant, you welcome patients to the clinic, answering questions about their wellness plans, and coordinating with our physician to fine-tune nutrition protocols. In between, you're checking in with our online coaching program members, offering guidance, encouragement, and accountability. You manage emails, help schedule appointments, and prep materials for an upcoming wellness workshop. Occasionally, you're traveling with the team to a professional health conference or taking meetings virtually to connect with leaders in the industry. You're constantly bridging the gap between lifestyle and medicine, helping patients feel seen, supported, and motivated to reach their goals.

OUR IDEAL NUTRITIONIST - FITNESS ASSISTANT

• A passion for health, wellness, prevention, and antiaging
• Expert in nutrition, even without an official degree in nutrition or dietetics
• Experience as a fitness instructor and / or personal trainer
• Ability to perform administrative and personal assistant capabilities

In addition to the core responsibilities and required skill set, this role may also encompass administrative and executive assistant duties. Beyond supporting the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, you may be involved in ongoing health and wellness projects that require coordination, creativity, and occasional work outside of regular business hours. These initiatives span areas such as technology and professional networking, offering a dynamic opportunity to support the CEO, COO, or both in a flexible and growth-oriented environment.
