As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll shape our expansion strategy, forge meaningful partnerships, and position Envision Horizons as the go-to marketing agency for top brands.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to have a direct impact on scaling our business, building high-value relationships, and creating long-term success for our clients and our company. How You’ll Make an Impact Partner with our sales and client service teams, optimizing performance and refining processes for sustainable growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships that expand our reach across e-commerce and Amazon ecosystems.
Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies, thought leadership content, and industry visibility.
Manage and maximize the CRM (Pipedrive) to streamline reporting, tracking, and conversion efficiency.
Represent Envision Horizons at industry events, webinars, and podcasts, helping position the brand as an industry thought leader.
Drive revenue growth by overseeing contract strategy, service positioning, and negotiations in collaboration with senior leadership.
Partner with internal teams to identify new channels, improve go-to-market strategies, and strengthen client relationships.
What Sets You Apart 5+ years of business development experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets. 3+ years in business development roles within e-commerce, ideally with 2+ years in Amazon or marketing agency environments.
Strategic mindset with hands-on experience building partnerships and managing key accounts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
