About The Role :
We’re seeking a Senior Web Content Manager to own our web content strategy and help ensure our site is a high-performing growth engine. The role is responsible for oversight, execution, and continuous optimization of all web content. It combines content strategy, thought leadership, SEO, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams. This role will be the steward of our brand’s storytelling, ensuring every page communicates our value, resonates with our audiences, and drives results. This role is a key member of the web team and will work closely with design and optimization experts. The person will also engage constantly with product line teams to ensure the web experience and results align with their goals.
What You'll Do
- Develop a comprehensive web content strategy aligned with product line business goals and buyer journeys as well as Recast’s brand vision.
- Manage the editorial calendar for web content updates, product launches, and campaigns.
- Manage Recast’s technical SME content research and publishing program
- Manage content creation, editing, and publishing to ensure brand, tone, and messaging consistency.
- Work with web optimization manager on SEO and CRO efforts to improve rankings, drive traffic, and boost conversions.
- Partner with product line marketing teams on content to optimize pages for conversions.
- Collaborate with web team to monitor analytics, A / B test messaging, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Work with web design manager to improve the structure and navigation for an excellent user experience.
- Collaborate with design to ensure visually compelling and accessible pages.
- Work with external agencies and freelancers when needed.
What You've Done
6+ years of experience in web content management in B2B tech.Strong experience growing brand awareness via unique, consistent storytellingExcellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and brand alignment.Strong experience interviewing subject matter experts and turning their ideas into compelling contentDeadline-driven approachFamiliarity with CMS platforms WordPressStrong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).Proven experience improving site performance through content optimization and UX enhancements.Understanding of how to leverage AI in all steps of process to power meaningful, yet authentic contentWhat We Value :

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$119,000. Additionally, cash compensation for this role includes 10% annual discretionary bonus potential.
