WHAT YOU'LL BRING :
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field, or equivalent construction experience
- 5 + years of commercial construction experience desired (some healthcare preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills, ability to mentor, and train others
- Understanding of Building Code Requirements

Manage preconstruction / budgeting effortsForecast project labor, material, and equipment costsAbility to manage teams on one large or multiple small projectsAbility to manage all aspects of multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPrepare Request for Change Orders (RCOs) with all associated back up documentation, takeoffs and validation of costsManage Field Labor Tracking Log weekly with SuperintendentProject start up in CMIC. Assign phases, enter budgets, and lock the budget / start projectResponsible for compiling, oversight, and managing the creation of the Reality Check packageOversee and train Office Engineers, Project Engineers, and Assistant Project ManagersAbility to create and update Microsoft Project schedulesManage Monthly Procurement Schedule Updating with teamFacilitate Meetings with Owner to review Change Management progressGenerate Owner Change Orders for Office in Charge (OIC) reviewPerform Project Budget RevisionsProduce monthly financial reports (PAW)BENEFITS :
