Job Overview Upland Construction is seeking experienced and driven Project Managers to oversee high-end residential remodeling and construction projects. Ideal candidates will bring strong estimating and bidding skills, on-site project leadership, and a client-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities- Manage high-end residential remodeling and construction projects from pre-construction through closeout- Develop accurate estimates and submit competitive bids- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and job site activities- Maintain project budgets, schedules, and documentation- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and vendors- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and progress- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients- Contribute to the growth of our insurance restoration business by leveraging industry connections Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling and construction project management.- Strong skills in estimating, bidding, and on-site supervision- Existing relationships with subcontractors highly preferred- Experience or connections in the insurance restoration industry is a significant plus- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
