This is how you will grow :

The Program Coordinator will support the program by managing and tracking timelines, reporting and communicating progress results and data, and proactively collaborating with internal and external partners. The Program Coordinator must be a flexible and adaptable team player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills. Must develop relationships with operational personnel to drive process and deliver results.

  • Leads planning & scheduling efforts and assists program teams in the preparation of schedules and has ability to progress schedule status that facilitates reporting for internal and external partners
  • Has ability to effectively manage changes and be active in communication
  • Ability to work with a program from a schedule perspective
  • Be an integral part of the Change management process to properly document scope and / or unforeseen changes related to schedule on the program
  • Clearly communicate when timing or accuracy risk factors arise on so that proactive action is taken.

Requirements :

This is how you will take us forward :

  • Two plus years of related experience in engineering or construction highly preferred.
  • Proven success in change management within a project or program
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not necessary
  • Experience with project management software
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Experience within a PMO a plus
  • Ability to effectively manage and communicate workload with all members of the team.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills while paying attention to detail
  • Ability to identify, track, and complete work tasks in a timely manner
