What You Will Do

  • Work side by side with team to ensure dish and glassware are cleaned and sanitized
  • Clean and organize dish, glass and smallwares during service
  • Performs opening and closing side work
  • Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times
  • Thoroughly cleans and organizes the utility area
  • Performs daily check list and ensures cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met

    • What You Should Have

  • 1 or more years experience in a high volume kitchen
  • A valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position
  • Must have an accommodating attitude
  • Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
