What You’ll Do

Provide Clinical Care

Record vital signs and chief complaints

Assist with exams, procedures, and treatments

Administer injections and perform basic testing

Educate patients and families on medications and care plans

Coordinate & Support Care

Schedule tests, referrals, and admissions

Maintain accurate charts and records

Call in prescriptions per provider instructions

Respond to patient inquiries and provide clinical advice under supervision

Support Clinic Operations

Prepare exam rooms and instruments

Monitor supplies and medications

Follow infection control and OSHA safety standards

Ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day

What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Current LPN license in Indiana

At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (medical office preferred)

CPR (BCLS) certification required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Commitment to quality, teamwork, and patient safety
