After School Program Manager
The After School Enrichment Program Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and oversight of high-quality, engaging, and safe enrichment programs for middle school-aged children outside of regular school hours. This role focuses on building a dynamic curriculum, managing staff and instructors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and fostering strong relationships with kids, schools, families, and community organizations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Recreation, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in youth development, after school programs, or education settings. Experience in staff supervision and program coordination. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Knowledge of child safety practices and behavior management techniques. CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Preferred Skills : Knowledge of curriculum development or enrichment programming (e.g., STEM, arts, SEL). Experience working in diverse communities.
Work Schedule
Typically MondayFriday, 2 : 30pm 6 : 00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends for special events or meetings. Hours may vary during school breaks or summer sessions.
Compensation : $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
