We are looking for a curious, scientific-minded Research Director to join our Research and Strategy team!

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Assist in design, data collection and analysis for engagement research, program effectiveness research and other custom research for BIW clients.
  • Write custom questionnaires to address client objectives.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to executive surveys.
  • Manage project requirements and timelines.
  • Analyze and interpret data.
  • Prepare reports with research insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to BIW thought leadership with novel ideas and insights about the employee experience.
  • Actively involved in pre-sale activities, including stand-ups, as well as presenting research results to client stakeholders that can include senior leaders.

    • Skills & Abilities :

  • Extensive experience in questionnaire design, data collection, data transformation and analysis.
  • Expertise working with Excel, SPSS software or similar software application.
  • Employment Engagement or I / O psychology expertise a plus.
  • Strong writing skills for both client reports and research papers.
  • Organization and attention to detail.

    • Education & Experience Required :

  • BA / BS (or equivalent experience) in Business, Data Analytics, Social Science, Statistics, or related field, advanced degree a plus.
  • Expertise in univariate statistics, experience in multivariate statistics a plus.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a research role or equivalent research experience, consulting experience a plus.
