We are seeking a dynamic and strategically minded Senior Finance Manager, R&D and Innovation to support our Global Research & Development (R&D) and Global Innovation teams within Pharmacy Automation (MMS). This role is critical to shaping financial strategy and enabling innovation across our global portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior R&D leaders and cross-functional teams, delivering insightful financial analysis, challenging assumptions, and driving data-informed decisions. Key responsibilities include managing both operational (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) expendituresensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize financial performance. By supporting robust business cases and guiding investment decisions, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our innovation pipeline and achieving long-term growth.

Job Responsibilities :

Strategic Partnership & Financial Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor to Global R&D and Innovation leadership, providing financial guidance and strategic support.
• Influence investment decisions in innovation projects, product development, and technology platforms.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for R&D and innovation portfolios.
• Supervise multi locations personnel
