What You Will Do & What You Will Bring

As a Senior Experience Designer, Researcher & Strategist , you will :

  • Lead strategic research to uncover insights and deliver recommendations that drive business and product decision-making, particularly within the HealthTech domain.
  • Plan, conduct and synthesize design research, creating deliverables such as experience maps, personas, workflows, and usability evaluation reports.
  • Champion human-centered design principles to ensure intuitive, safe, and desirable product experiences across digital (UX / UI) and physical interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, influencing product requirements and advocating for the end-user throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conduct competitor analyses and secondary research to inform product strategy and innovation pathways.

In addition, we require the following skills and experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design Research, UX, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, HCI, Usability, or similar field, plus 5+ years’ related experience.
  • Proven expertise in leading strategic and design research to inform product and business decisions.
  • Strong skills in human-centered design, problem-solving, and translating insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering persuasive presentations to senior leaders and clients.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, MIRO, and design tools such as Figma (or similar).

    • Nice-to-have skills :

  • Formulating strategic pathways into conceptual product roadmaps.
  • Contributing to the concepting for, and the management of, holistic designs that consist of both digital and physical user interfaces.
  • Applying strategic or product design experience within the HealthTech, MedTech or wellness domains.

    Pay Range

    The salary range for this position is USD 120,000 - USD 135,000

    This role can begin remotely, with the expectation of relocating to San Diego during the assignment.
