Expert Presentation : Deliver compelling and educational sales presentations, clearly explaining Medallion Roofing's high-quality products, services, and the value we provide. Relationship Building : Develop instant rapport and trust with homeowners, acting as their expert guide through the sales process. Negotiation and Closing : Confidently handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure signed contracts. Proven Success in an In-Home Sales environment is preferred, but motivated individuals with a background in commission-based sales roles will be considered. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills A high degree of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation. You are a self-starter who holds yourself accountable. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are a must. A resilient, positive, and goal-oriented mindset.
