Your responsibilities :

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Medallion Roofing. Your primary focus will be closing sales generated by our exceptional marketing team (no cold calling is required!).

  • Consultation and assessment : Travel to pre-scheduled appointments at homeowners' residences to assess their roofing needs, including damage from storms, age, or wear.
  • Expert Presentation : Deliver compelling and educational sales presentations, clearly explaining Medallion Roofing's high-quality products, services, and the value we provide.
  • Relationship Building : Develop instant rapport and trust with homeowners, acting as their expert guide through the sales process.
  • Negotiation and Closing : Confidently handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure signed contracts.

    • Your Qualifications :

  • Proven Success in an In-Home Sales environment is preferred, but motivated individuals with a background in commission-based sales roles will be considered.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A high degree of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation. You are a self-starter who holds yourself accountable.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are a must.
  • A resilient, positive, and goal-oriented mindset.
