Location : Hybrid in Bellevue, WA

Contract Type : Contract-to-Hire

Compensation : $27-$33 / hour (approximately $56,160-$68,640 annually, DOE)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Specialist for a hybrid contract-to-hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys managing customer invoicing, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounts receivable team. The right candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in resolving invoice discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and timely
• Ensure all billing data is complete and correct before processing
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies or disputes
• Maintain and update customer account information in ERP / accounting systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to answer invoice-related inquiries
• Support accounts receivable processes, including cash application and reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and ad hoc reporting as needed
