Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience along with hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, job processing tools, and modern development practices.

Technical Skills :

  • Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and Rails Framework
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL , MySQL , Oracle , Redis , and ElasticSearch
  • Proficient in AWS Lambda , Docker , Kamal , Linux , and job processing tools like Sidekiq Pro and GoodJob
  • Familiarity with Vue.js , Node.js , HTML , and CSS
  • Comfortable with scripting and basic troubleshooting across platforms

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable Ruby on Rails applications
  • Integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs
  • Handle performance tuning, background job scheduling, and database optimization
  • Participate in solution architecture and contribute to technical decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to manage and deliver project goals independently
  • Ensure application quality through best coding practices and automation
