Associate Analyst I – II Credit & Collections
JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
This position is responsible for supporting daily operations of Credit & Collections in the Meter to Cash (M2C) customer billing and payment journey. Assignments vary and will be given based on the needs of the department. Examples of duties may include processing financial transactions and payments, performing basic bookkeeping tasks, answering customer’s inquiries, reviewing customer’s accounts for accuracy and other administrative duties. Individuals may be required to interact with various cross-functional groups to address customer related issues. Applicants must have a strong customer mind-set and be committed to providing a positive customer service experience to business partners and customers.

Minimum experience required of the position
Associate Analyst I : 0-2 years of clerk level related work experience (such as : customer services, data entry, account management, etc. C&C or M2C experience strongly preferred)
Associate Analyst II & III : 2-7 years of clerk level related work experience (such as : customer services, data entry, account management, etc. C&C or M2C experience strongly preferred)
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
