Expert negotiator to manage the full sourcing lifecycle for Ortho & Spine implant devices, ensuring best pricing and contract terms.
The role focuses on sourcing initiatives with medium to high complexity, risk, and sensitivity, overseeing a portfolio with an annual spend of $200m-$350m - National Agreements.
The individual will negotiate contracts to ensure industry-leading pricing and terms, improve contract portfolios, and yield strong outcomes.

- Responsible for negotiating industry leading national agreements for the group purchasing organization in the area of Surgery. Objective is to ensure best in class industry pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Position's key area of focus will be sourcing initiatives that are primarily categories with low to medium complexity, risk and sensitivity. Individual will own the negotiation of a portfolio in the spend range of $200m-350m annually. Position may have some responsibility for other types of categories for the purposes of development and workload allocation.
- Responsible for Strategy Validation and Final Award presentations to applicable customer-led Advisory Boards.
- Oversee supplier relationship during the sourcing process. Participate in supplier business reviews and review new products / technologies as they arise.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree required (Supply Chain, Healthcare, Business, Finance)5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation of national agreements.Medical Device contracts (Ortho & Spine), preferredHealthcare supply chain experience is highly preferred.Ability to work onsite in Nashville, TN required.
