Location : Atlanta, GA (hybrid - remote candidates will not be considered)

CodeMettle is seeking a motivated UX Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will focus on improving new and existing content and the creation of intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences across our products. Youll collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to translate user needs into thoughtful design solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow their UX skillset in a supportive environment.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with product goals and technical constraints.
• Apply and contribute to our design system to maintain consistency across products.
• Gather and apply feedback from senior designers, stakeholders, and end users.
