About the Role :
We’re looking for a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative Contract Manager who can do more than just manage paperwork. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of legal, operational efficiency, and sales enablement. You’ll manage the full contract lifecycle while also helping design processes and systems that support our sales teams and streamline operations.
What You’ll Do
Contract Management :
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, partner agreements, etc.)Maintain and organize a central repository of contracts and templatesTrack contract status, key dates, obligations, and renewalsEnsure compliance with internal policies and legal requirementsCoordinate redlines and approvals with internal and external stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate risk in commercial agreementsProcess & Systems Development (Sales-Facing) :
Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance to streamline quote-to-contract workflowsIdentify bottlenecks in the sales contracting process and implement automation or process improvementsHelp implement or optimize CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools, CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Close), and internal systemsDocument and standardize contract request and approval workflowsSales Operations & Enablement :
Act as a liaison between Sales, Legal, and Ops to ensure alignment and efficiencyCreate and maintain training materials and guides for contract-related processesTrain and support sales reps on how to use templates, follow internal protocols, and submit deals for reviewAssist with onboarding new sales reps with a focus on contracting, pricing structures, and CRM usageTrack and analyze deal cycles, contract turnaround time, and key sales metricsWhat You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field (JD is a plus but not required)5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or sales operationsStrong understanding of commercial contracts and SaaS or service-based businessesExperience working cross-functionally with sales, legal, and finance teamsFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Close) and CLM toolsExperience with PandaDoc or similar contract management platforms is a plusExcellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage environmentBonus Points For :
