About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary and strategic President / Chief Executive Officer to lead its collective interests. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with the Board of Directors to ensure the financial strength and long-term sustainability of the organization. This executive will be the primary advocate for the company's member credit unions, engaging with state and federal entities to communicate and address legislative and regulatory changes. Maintaining strong relationships with member credit unions is essential, as is the ability to listen to their needs and ensure the delivery of meaningful value through programs and services. The role also involves oversight of third-party service providers and supporting the Health Benefit Trust in collaboration with the Board and contracted partners.
Applicants for the President / Chief Executive Officer position at the company should be strong communicators and influential relationship-builders with a proven track record in driving organizational growth, managing change, and expanding revenue. A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree. Significant experience in advocacy and a deep understanding of cooperative principles are highly valued. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, strategic, and adept at ensuring that the organization's partnerships are transparent, effective, and aligned with the priorities of its members.
