Self-Scheduled with the following shift details :Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM)FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)Work requirements include :2 Mondays and 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule.1 Weekend per 6-week schedule.2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter).RNs are trained in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and cross-trained to become Charge RN.About the Role :

Your Responsibilities :
Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.What We Seek :
Experience : Minimum 18 months of RN experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry (2 years preferred).Flexibility : Ability to meet the following schedule requirements :2 Fridays2 Mondays1 WeekendTraining & Skills :

This position involves delivering and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment while maintaining established standards and policies. You will utilize clinical decision-making and skilled communication to create optimal patient outcomes.
Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs, plan and implement care strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness.Involve patients and families in care planning and maintain therapeutic relationships.Recognize and act on significant changes in patient condition and collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care.Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license from the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.Degrees :
Completion of an accredited nursing program.
