An established Midwest healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a high-performing cardiology team in Farmington, MO , just 90 minutes from St. Louis.

This full-time, hospital-employed position offers an exceptional work-life balance , no after-hours STEMI call , J1 / H1B visa sponsorship , and the opportunity to work in a mentorship-driven, physician-led environment equipped with advanced cardiac facilities. Assignment Details

• Schedule : Monday Friday, 40 patient contact hours per week
• Weekend Call : 1 : 4 rotation; inpatient rounding on 8 10 patients / day
• Weeknight Call : 1 per week (rarely called in)
• STEMI Call : None after hours
• Procedures : Cardiac caths, PCI, CardioMEMS, and peripheral vascular procedures
• Optional : Pacemaker / device implantation (preferred but not required)
• Team Environment : Experienced cardiologists and APP support
• EMR : EPIC

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $650,000 (2-year guarantee) transition to wRVU model

Sign-On Bonus : $50,000

Training Stipend : $2,000 / month for fellows still in training

Relocation Assistance : Provided

Time Off : 4 weeks PTO + 5 CME days

CME Allowance : Annual stipend provided

Completion of Interventional Cardiology Fellowship

Missouri medical license (or willingness to obtain)

Clean malpractice / license history (highly preferred)
