Job Title : Project Director(Hospital or K-12)

Location : Kansas City, MO

Industry : Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead at least 3 large-scale commercial construction projects ($50M+) at the same time. This leadership role will oversee all project phases, ensuring operational excellence, strategic execution, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead full project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout
• Drive safety culture and risk management
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and profitability
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
• Build strong subcontractor partnerships
• Engage with community and industry groups

Requirements :

✅ 15+ years in commercial construction (include Hospital or K-12)

✅ 5+ years in people / project leadership

✅ Proven track record managing large, 3 complex projects($50M+) at the same time.

✅ Strong strategic, financial, and communication skills

✅ Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience)
