• Key Qualifications :
• Proficiency in using CAD systems for layout and fabrication drawings of Plumbing, HVAC, and Process Systems.
• Experience in clash detection during project coordination.
• Ability to attend and support coordination meetings effectively.
• Competence in interpreting architectural, structural, and multi-level mechanical layouts.
• Skill in managing project communication and preparing detailed Bills of Material.
• Thorough understanding of applicable plumbing, process, or power piping codes.
• Familiar with Autodesk AEC Collection, Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Excellent ability to identify and resolve coordination issues independently.
• Strong skills in reviewing and implementing equipment submittals into layouts.
