Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TA) will be part of the global TA team and will work closely with global and local internal and external interfaces, reporting directly to the U.S. HR Director. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end to end recruiting processes from sourcing to, drafting & negotiating job offers. Alongside these important and crucial tasks, the TA partner will lead the U.S. Employer brand efforts in academy relations, referral programs and echoing the Nova employer brand to potential candidates.

Pay Range : $110,000- $150,000 Annually (DOE)
