Chamber Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and software to control and monitor environmental chambers for satellite hardware.
- Develop and implement test automation frameworks for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testbeds
- Integrate software with test equipment to execute automated test sequences, monitor hardware responses, and log detailed results.
- Analyze test data, investigate root causes of failures, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with hardware, software, systems, and QA teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure comprehensive coverage of hardware validation needs.
- Enhance test infrastructure, drive process improvements, and contribute to quality assurance best practices.
- Good understanding of : Satellite / Wireless communications, Industrial control systems, Aerospace or instrumentation engineering
- Understanding of related systems :
o Vector Signal Analyzers (VSA) / Vector Network Analyzers (VNA) / Vector Signal Generators (VSG)
o Satellite Channel Emulators
o Anechoic chamber control systems
Basic Qualifications
Professional experience in software development for test automation or hardware / software integrationExperience with programming languages such as C++, LabView, Python, Rust. [MUST]Experience building, deploying, or maintaining test automation frameworks, especially for hardware validation.Familiarity with using laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, environmental chambers) in automated test setups.Experience working in teams on multidisciplinary hardware and software systems.
