FSQA Coordinator

Reporting to the Quality Director North America, the FSQA Coordinator is a key member of the corporate FSQA team in managing manufacturing quality standards and data.

This role provides flexibility to work in a hybrid environment of home and our Westlake Village, CA office. (Hybrid is defined as at least 3 times per week in the office).

Responsibilities

• Complaint Management

Logging of customer and consumer complaints received from the US market.

Management of 3rd party and external compliance audit certifications (SQF, FSVP, organic) with relevant facility teams.

Maintain and update quality management system documentation (FSQM).

Hiring Pay Scale : $45,000 to $55,000
