About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the financial architecture of its future. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping financial strategy, driving operational efficiency, and supporting bold growth initiatives. This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring the ideal candidate to be a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team, influencing capital planning, protecting liquidity, and optimizing financial performance. The CFO will lead all financial functions, develop and execute financial strategies for growth, guide capital planning, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. A CPA certification is desirable, and experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading finance functions within complex, growth-oriented organizations, and the ability to navigate change and scale finance functions in a multi-location or multi-entity environment. The CFO will also be responsible for managing a high-performing finance and accounting team, overseeing risk management, and representing the company in key relationships with external stakeholders.
