Position Overview :

• As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will work on challenging projects that directly impact our clients while collaborating with experienced leaders in a dynamic environment.

Prepare federal, state & local income tax returns, federal and state tax estimates, extensions, and forecasting Utilize advanced corporate tax knowledge and understanding to support the tax compliance and tax provision process Review and prepare complex corporate, federal, and state tax returns Demonstrate understanding of ASC 740 and ability to prepare income tax accrual calculations Audit quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions prepared by staff Demonstrate understanding of tax return filing requirements for foreign operations Conduct federal and state tax research and draft / review memorandums to support tax return filing positions and special projects to minimize tax expense Remain current on developments and changes in tax law and accounting procedures Qualifications Sought :
