Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator. You’ll be the welcoming face of the practice while managing a variety of administrative tasks to support both patients and practitioners. This role calls for strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in person and by phone
- Schedule appointments and manage a multi-line phone system
- Maintain patient files in compliance with HIPAA
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Prepare and process mail (USPS, FedEx)
- Support billing, deposits, and reporting
- Keep the office clean and organized
- Use Microsoft Word and Outlook regularly
- Contribute to a collaborative and cheerful team atmosphere
Qualifications
