Job Title : Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator

Location :   Chelmsford, MA

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour

Employment Type : Temp

Position Summary

We are currently recruiting  for  a  Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator. You’ll be the welcoming face of the practice while managing a variety of administrative tasks to support both patients and practitioners. This role calls for strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in person and by phone
  • Schedule appointments and manage a multi-line phone system
  • Maintain patient files in compliance with HIPAA
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Prepare and process mail (USPS, FedEx)
  • Support billing, deposits, and reporting
  • Keep the office clean and organized
  • Use Microsoft Word and Outlook regularly
  • Contribute to a collaborative and cheerful team atmosphere

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office setting
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and insurance processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency  in Microsoft Office
  • Friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Physical Requirements

  • Sitting : Frequently
  • Standing : Occasionally
  • Speaking : Frequently
  • Work Environment
