RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
- Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of experience as an auto technicianKnowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenanceFast, eager learner and team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skillsComputer skills and willingness to learn new problemsAbility to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentClean driving record & valid driver’s licenseBENEFITS
