We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our remote sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex client relationships, driving sales growth, and mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of clients by providing tailored insurance solutions

Lead sales presentations and consultations with prospective and existing clients

Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Proficiency with CRM and digital sales tools

Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
