The Role

As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll answer calls, schedule appointments, resolve billing questions, and work closely with our service and sales teams to ensure every customer has a positive experience.

This is a full-time , in-office position ( Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM ) with training provided - no prior water industry experience needed!
