The Coordinator, Member Services and Operations oversees the following student employee positions : control desk, equipment desk, and member services desk. This role is responsible for the daily in person transactions of membership and services sales, internal program area payment transactions, and program registrations for fitness, instructional, and outdoor adventure. It is the primary, in conjunction with Associate Director Facilities and Operations and the Assistant Director of Member Services and Operations, in managing all membership waivers for eligible members. This position also acts as a Manager on Duty for overall daily facility operations. Salary commensurate with relevant experience.
