Position Overview :

Axtrias Decision Science team is undergoing a significant transformation integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) into our solutions. We are seeking an Advanced Analytics leaders who are not only passionate about data science but also eager to explore the frontiers of AI-driven innovation for the Life Sciences domain . You are expected to have :

• Hands-on experience with commercially available AI models frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics platforms and prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI / deep learning models in domains including but not limited to :

Patient analytics

Market research

The salary range for this position is $157600 to $205425 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicants education experience skills and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicants geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Berkeley Heights New Jersey. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
