CGI is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer who excels in fast-paced Agile environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality software through automation collaboration and continuous improvement. This role involves working on enterprise-grade web applications and APIs using cutting-edge tools and frameworks to ensure robust scalable and reliable releases.

This position can be performed from Westlake TX.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• Design develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium / Serenity (Java) and Playwright
• Collaborate with developers product owners and QA peers to refine user stories and define test strategies
• Execute functional regression and end-to-end tests across web applications and APIs
• Log track and triage defects; work with teams to ensure timely resolution
• Participate in sprint ceremonies product demos and production deployment verifications
• Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and ensure smooth integration of automated tests
• Support BDD practices and contribute to Gherkin-based test scenarios

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

At least 10 years proven experience in QA Engineering and Software Development

Preferred Skills

Education : B.S. in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or equivalent experience
