Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a SAP IS-U Architect to join their team! This position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota or Denver, Colorado.
Duties :
- Develop and maintain end to end solution architecture for SAP S / 4 and any supporting non-SAP systems
- Define based on knowledge of SAP S / 4 processes the SAP data access and integration capabilities available to deliver core business functional and non-functional requirements
- Define, present, and govern SAP standards and best practices for enterprise-wide adoption
- Ensure scalability, security, observability and performance in all solution architecture designs
- Lead the design and implementation of the end-to-end solution aligned with a business process that is primary to SAP S / 4 using SAP BTP and SAP BDC and the related services such as : Integration Suite, Event Mesh, DataSphere and Databricks etc.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance during project execution
- Establish and maintain SAP and related integration and data governance frameworks
- Document, present for review and approval, and socialize standards and reusable patterns
- Conduct reviews to ensure compliance with architectural principles
- Stay current with SAP application, integration and data platform technologies and trends
- Recommend improvements to existing landscapes
- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing
Desired Skills / Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or equivalent experience10+ years of experience in SAP technologies, including core modules and integration5+ years of experience in SAP S / 4HANA Utilities (IS-U)5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite3+ years of experience in AWS technologiesExperience solutioning in the S4 HANA Utilities business processesExpertise in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, and related BTP servicesStrong understanding of integration protocols : SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFCFamiliarity with hybrid integration scenarios : on-premise and cloudExperience in AWS integration and data movement technologiesAbility to define and enforce standards, patterns, and best practices for end-to-end architecture solutionsStrong knowledge of security, authentication, and authorization within the SAP architecture and across integration and data sharing landscapeExperience with designing for scalability, performance, and high-availabilityExcellent written and oral communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to lead and mentor technical teamsAbility to work across complex corporate landscapes that include multiple vendors, contractors and employeesSAP Certified Solution Architect or SAP Technology Professional CertificationExperience with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelinesKnowledge of non-SAP integration platforms and middlewareBenefits :

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
