Oracle Unifier Integrator - Philadelphia - 12-Month Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Business User Consultant to support the implementation of Oracle Unifier. The successful candidate will play a key role in deploying and testing the new system, ensuring its functionality meets our project management needs. This is a remote-based position with an expected duration of 6 to 9 months.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project management requirements and translate them into system configurations within Oracle Unifier.
  • Utilize your project controls and program management background to provide expertise and guidance throughout the implementation process.
  • Lead the testing phase of the Oracle Unifier implementation, ensuring all functionalities are thoroughly evaluated and meet quality standards.
  • Identify and address any issues or gaps in the system, working closely with the project team to troubleshoot and resolve them.
  • Break the new system by testing its limits and exploring potential vulnerabilities to ensure robustness and reliability.
  • Interface with external suppliers and integrate data from multiple external sources into Oracle Unifier, leveraging your experience with systems like SAP and P6.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop rollout plans and assist with the execution of the deployment strategy.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in project controls or program management, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Prior experience deploying and testing the implementation of a new portfolio and project management system, preferably Oracle Unifier.
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot system issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with SAP and P6, and the ability to integrate data from these systems into Oracle Unifier.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and hands-on approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
