HEALTH COACH

CoreLife seeks a dedicated Health Coach to join our team. In this role, you will provide virtual health coaching services with a focus on weight loss and overall health improvement. You will work directly with clients to manage their nutrition, fitness, and behavior, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Client Engagement : Receive and manage referrals to the health coaching program with professionalism and courtesy.
• Consultations : Conduct virtual client consultations.
• Education : Positively and professionally educate clients about the coaching process and the value of available wellness services. Offer health and wellness education using various strategies.
• Intervention Monitoring : Monitor and evaluate interventions, making necessary modifications.
• Client Assessment : Evaluate and assess the habits and histories of new clients.
• Motivational Strategies : Use motivational techniques to encourage clients to explore their readiness for change.
• Coordination : Coordinate health coaching efforts to address client objectives and goals as identified during assessments.
• Success Tracking : Measure and track client success using department KPIs and metrics.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

Certifications in one or more of the following areas are a plus : Certified Health Education Specialist, Smoking Cessation, Wellness Coach, or Nutritionist.
