Account Relations Manager

A company is looking for an Account Relations Manager II to act as a liaison with vendors and business partners to enhance relationships and service expectations. Key Responsibilities Communicates with vendors to ensure member or provider satisfaction and performance Assesses key performance data to monitor productivity and compliance of programs Acts as a liaison between internal departments and vendors to manage escalations and facilitate new business implementations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2 - 4 years of related experience Experience with CRM platforms and Medicare is highly preferred Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly preferred Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
