Payroll Officer

We are searching for a skilled Payroll Analyst to join one of our clients in the entertainment and real-estate industry. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $60,000 to $65,000 per year.

Job Description :

Handle garnishment responses for Federal agencies, State agencies, and private sectors, ensuring timely compliance with garnishment processing submitted to ADP Comprehensive Pay.

Manage new hire, re-hire, and termination processes.

Review any off-cycle payrolls, including bonus and termination payments.

Update employee personal information in the payroll system as required.

Prepare and review year-end documents such as W-2s, 1095-Cs, and taxable earnings certificates.

Requirements :

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
