As the Grocery / Refrigeration Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day performance of these departments driving sales, maintaining margins, and ensuring a safe and inviting environment. Reporting to the Store Manager and Buying Department, you'll oversee scheduling, team management, merchandising, and vendor relations to help our store thrive.

Hourly Pay : $20.00$27.00 hourly

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily department operations, scheduling, productivity, merchandising, and profit goals.
• Manage staffing : recruit, train, evaluate, promote, and, when necessary, oversee terminations.
• Ensure merchandising standards : optimal product placement, rotation, and cleanliness.
• Monitor store appearance, safety, and adherence to all operational procedures.
• Collaborate on weekly ad planning and promotional strategies.
