Whether you're an LPN or RN , you'll work directly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents' respiratory needs are met with the highest level of care and compassion. Key Responsibilities

Assess the overall condition of residents, monitoring vital signs, oxygen saturation, and lung sounds, to determine the need for adjustments or interventions.

Administer treatments and medications, including respiratory medications, as ordered.

Be prepared to act quickly in emergency situations such as ventilator malfunction, respiratory distress, or equipment failure, implementing CPR or other life-saving interventions as necessary.

Accurately document all assessments, ventilator settings, and patient care in accordance with clinical and regulatory guidelines.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage and adjust care plans for ventilator-dependent residents.
