We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in evaluating and analyzing financial performance and business operations. This role is critical in driving financial insights while also identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement across our business and operational processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and / or health-tech industries. The Financial Business Analyst will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver financial analysis, develop strategies, and recommend data-driven solutions that support operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
• Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
• Develop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial and operational scalability.
• Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations.
• Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech to inform financial and business recommendations.
• Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial standards, policies, and internal controls.

Hours : Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm EST)
