Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications Specialist to join our growing finance team. The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate application of incoming cash receipts, reconciling customer accounts, and preparing management reports. This role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash flow and strong client relationships through diligent follow-up and efficient processing.

Key Responsibilities :

Cash Applications

• Accurately apply high volume customer payments (ACH, wire, checks, credit cards) to outstanding invoices in the ERP system, Service Core Experience a plus.
• Research and resolve unidentified or misapplied payments and short payments.
• Coordinate with the sales and collections teams to resolve payment discrepancies or issues.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
