Desde Pacifica Continental estamos en búsqueda del Marketing Head para una importante empresa global de moda. El objetivo principal de esta persona será desarrollar la estrategia de marketing para la marca.

Responsabilidades

Definición de una estrategia de Marketing

  • Definición, desarrollo e implementación de una estrategia global del plan de Marketing y Comunicación.
  • Asegurando una visión para los diferentes canales y países. Indicando objetivos claros y KPI’s.
  • Coordinación de las áreas de Marketing, Publicidad y Comunicación, RRPP, Digital y Trade.
  • Coordenar una imagen de marca consistente en todos los canales y mercados, encontrando el justo equilibrio entre globalización y localización.

Coordinación y colaboración con equipos y mercados

  • Coordinación con la Dirección retail, Dirección de Producto, Dirección de Omnicanalidad en tareas comunes.
  • Coordinación y gestión del equipo de marketing central y agencias de colaboración.
  • Coordinación y gestión de los países para la definición e implementación de planes locales en base a sus necesidades locales.

    • Gestión de la marca

  • Definición e implementación de líneas creativas publicitarias y estrategia de medios.
  • Relación con agencias creativas y de medios para seguimiento de las campañas y análisis de resultados.
  • Detección de oportunidades y acciones especiales de comunicación y branding en los diferentes medios.
  • Colaboración en el desarrollo e implementación de Fidelización / CRM Consumidor Final.
  • Definición y control del presupuesto central y local de marketing.

    • Requisitos

  • Estudios de business administration o marketing.
  • 5 años de experiencia en roles similares.
  • Gran capacidad estratégica y de gestión de equipos.
  • Español e inglés oral y escrito nivel alto.
