Sr. Manager, Returns Facility

We are looking for a Sr. Manager that will oversee the full scope of returns operations at Vuoris Otay Mesa facility. This individual will play a critical leadership role in developing the team systems and processes that ensure a seamless and brand-right experience for our customers.

This role combines strategic vision with operational execution. The successful candidate will lead a growing team implement scalable workflows and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of reverse logistics  from receipt and inspection to restock refurbishment and sustainability.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build a foundational piece of Vuoris operations network and shape the future of our post-purchase experience.

The salary range for this role is $115000 per year - $140000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
