We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who is ROI-driven, digitally curious, and eager to scale high-performing growth channels in complex industries like marketplaces, healthcare, or SaaS. This is a strategic, high-impact opportunity to own paid acquisition while pioneering GoTu’s visibility across emerging AI search and discovery platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and scale paid performance channels including Google Ads, PandoLogic, Direct Mail, and others
• Optimize CAC / CPA and lead quality through creative testing and end-to-end funnel improvements
• Develop segmentation strategies and attribution frameworks to better measure and optimize performance
• Drive GoTu’s visibility in AI-powered discovery platforms through proactive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
• Monitor and explore paid placements across emerging answer engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
• Deliver regular reporting on KPIs and actionable insights to inform growth strategy and executive decisions
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Sales to ensure acquisition efforts align with company goals.
