job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAnalyze and present Safety and Health related data, driving reports using software systems such Act as a subject matter expert for federal, state, and Marvin enterprise safety & health compliance, Successfully engage in daily Safety & Health activities at a manufacturing site to comply with all Have a working knowledge and ability to handle complex and multi-jurisdictional safety guidance Champion all Safety & Health activities within the facility by working closely with employees and Maintain local Safety & Health policies and procedures within a facility, which will adhere to no less Maintain employee records documenting certifications or licenses obtained, completion of training, Drive and maintain facility readiness for internal and external audits Lead self-assessment Safety & Health audits, including documenting findings, producing reports, Test and service safety equipment and systems Advocate for and lead the use of the control hierarchy, such as implementation of engineering and Manage local Safety & Health teams (e.g., Safety Committee, Ergonomics Team, etc.) Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced EHS team members Advanced knowledge of OSHA standards Ability to effectively collaborate with Operations and be able to balance safety with business needs Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office) Strong verbal presentation and facilitation skills Aptitude for technology Ability to work effectively with management as well as with associates from the floor Willingness to grow within the Safety & Health space, including seeking additional training and Willingness to work occasionally outside of core hours Ability to frequently stand and walk around facility Demonstrated success in collaborating with Operations Employees to resolve issues utilizing Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience 2+ years' experience in a safety related role Manufacturing experience preferred Currently hold one or more of the following certifications : Ability to gain certification to be considered an authorized person for specific OSHA service, Willingness to expand certifications and knowledge as site program needs dictat

Position Overview
The Safety & Health Specialist is an individual contributor role that is responsible for driving,
educating, and executing the Safety & Health program to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work
environment that meets OSHA and best practice standards. This position is located in Denver, CO and
reports to the Sr. Safety Manager.
Essential Job Functions
- Design and implement Safety & Health related education, communication, and training to include
new employee orientation, safety committee meetings, safety alerts
as Origami, iAuditor and PowerBI
including maintenance of applicable files, documents, and records
applicable regulations and company processes and procedures to promote a best-in-class safety
culture predicated on injury prevention
and compliance standards from NFPA, NEC, ANSI, NIOSH, and OSHA.
management to recognize, generate and implement ideas to continually improve safety

and other employee records as it relates to Safety & Health
and sharing with applicable leadership
